The products mainly include trimethyl aluminum and different series of ALD/CVD precursors such as silicon-based, titanium-based and zirconium-based, which are mainly used in photovoltaic, semiconductor, LED and petrochemical fields.
The company is located in Shitan Industrial Park, Shizi Town, Quanjiao County, Chuzhou City, Anhui Province. It covers an area of 68 acres and has a registered capital of 14.6667 million yuan. It is jointly funded by Guizhou Witton Crystal Phosphorus Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. and Hebei Province "Hundred Talents Program" expert Dr. Song Fuquan Established, it is a domestic trimethyl aluminum (TMA) manufacturer with independent intellectual property rights and large production capacity. Customers are located in mainland China, Taiwan, Canada, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and other regions.
