The technology development team led by Dr. Song Fuquan (British), an expert on the "Hundred Talents Program" in Hebei Province, has been committed to the research and development of organometallic compounds for a long time. The knowledge background of the team members covers chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science and analytical chemistry and other multidisciplinary fields. The company has established joint laboratories with many domestic universities to achieve the integration of production, teaching and research.
R & D direction
We have long focused on the design and synthesis of high-purity metal organic compounds in the fields of semiconductors, photovoltaics, and LEDs for research, development and industrialization. At present, the synthesis, purification and industrialization of various compounds are mainly carried out with Si, Al, Hf, Zr, Ti, Ta, Co and W elements, and different organic ligands such as Me, Et, NMe2, NEt2, NiPr2, NHtBu and OMe2. At the same time, we use self-produced trimethyl aluminum as raw material, the metallocene olefin polymerization catalyst methylaluminoxane (MAO) series products (MAO, MMAO) were studied and industrialized.
