Back Surface Passivation Material for Solar Cells
High-purity trimethyl aluminum is a key core material for the preparation of PERC, PERT, and TOPCon solar cells. It deposits a layer of Al2O3 passivation layer on the back of the silicon wafer through PECVD/ALD processes, which passivates the silicon wafer, enhances minority carrier lifetime, and can improve the conversion efficiency of solar cells by more than 1%. Anhui Botai has broken through the production technology of trimethyl aluminum, achieving the localization of 99.999% high-purity trimethyl aluminum, gaining a major market share in the photovoltaic industry. This not only realizes import substitution but also exports products to countries and regions such as Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
